New Forest Shortbread is an award-winning artisan bakery based in Brockenhurst, Hampshire, handcrafting all-butter shortbread using simple, honest ingredients and traditional baking methods.
Founded by Tracy Thew in 2015, the business was inspired by a love of baking and a passion for sharing the story of the New Forest. Every box features beautiful illustrations and stories that celebrate the landscape, wildlife and heritage of this special part of Hampshire.
Today, New Forest Shortbread supplies over 90 stockists, hotels, farm shops and hospitality venues, while also attending events across the UK.
