I started Tilly Lock Art in January 2025 as a little side project to help fund my dream of launching a fabric line. The funding never came through, but everything happens for a reason! What was only ever meant to be temporary quickly grew into something far bigger than I could have imagined.
Fast forward to February 2026, and Tilly Lock Art became my full-time job, which still seems absolutely mad to me! From packing prints on my bedroom floor (and eventually taking over my parents’ living room!), I now have my very own studio in Sussex – the Tilly Lock Art HQ!
It’s where everything happens, from printing and hand-signing each artwork to framing and carefully packaging orders. I’ve also introduced a collection of beautiful UK-made frames in 12 different colours, all assembled by hand in the studio.
